From the 8th to the 26th of January this summer, more than 70 of the world's most adventurous artists' newest works will be showcased in Sydney. From boundary-pushing theatre to mind-blowing art installations, there will be something for everyone.
Sydney Festival 2020 will stage a huge and diverse program. Some featured events include Joan Didion's The White Album which captures the "paranoia and absurdity of the era with her signature blend of irony and insight", At the Illusionist's Table which involves dinner with one of the world's leading mentalists, Laser Beak Man - a humorous and imaginative superhero, Dodecalis Luminarium - an inflatable maze of colour and light as well as countless more things to see and do.
Every January, Sydney Festival transforms the city with theatre, dance, music, circus, visual arts and big ideas. Sydney Festival is one of Australia's largest annual cultural celebrations.
