Darling Harbour will once again be Sydney's premiere party destination for New Year’s Eve. Enjoy entertainment and fireworks with family and friends but make sure to plan and arrive early!
Some advice to make this one of the most memorable nights of your life are to firstly choose a spot to spend the night. Make use of the interactive map of vantage points on their website or book your night at an exclusive ticketed event such as Hard Rock Cafe NYE Carnaval and Carpe Diem NYE at The Watershed.
Next, make sure you are aware of changes in public transport, traffic and road closures so you know how you will get to your destination as well as how you will get back home.
Finally, stay safe and have fun as we welcome the year of 2020!
The City of Sydney have donated $620,000 to support communities and wildlife impacted by bushfire and drought. They are also promoting an online fundraiser for the Red Cross Disaster Recovery and Relief Fund in the lead up to and on New Year’s Eve.
