Join us underground on Sat 3 July from 4pm for an evening of all-American frivolity cos it’s our DAM birthday!
To celebrate the last EIGHT glorious years of Varnish, we’ll have eight different barrel aged whiskey’s behind the bar - one to represent each year.
In true Varnish style, we'll have plenty of drink specials including:
$8 Dickel No. 8
$8 Pirate Life Perth 440 Golden Ale Schooners
$8 Barrel aged Old Fashioned
Chef will be also be serving up some EPIC bar snacks;
$8 Beef tendon crisps, smoked mayo & Cajun spice
$8 Maple bourbon chicken wings
$8 Birthday cake, marshmallows & hot fudge sauce
You can order a regular set menu for $65 or upgrade to our special birthday set menu for you guessed it… $88pp.
As if that wasn’t enough, there’ll be entertainment aplenty with a few extra surprises thrown in throughout the night too! Yee-haw!!
