Each show consists of 4 of Australia's best stand-up comedians with resident compere Daniel Muggleton.

Looking for some great comedy to help you get through the week? The Running Joke Show at Sydney's Magician's Cabaret Theatre is on each Thursday.

Daniel hosts a different line-up of comedians each week, so you get a great new comedy experience every week.

These comedy shows have been popular since they started in August, so if you're thinking of coming along, book your tickets early to avoid missing out.

The show starts at 8pm, with doors opening 7pm. Please arrive no later than 7:30pm so we can seat everybody in line with social distancing regulations.

Drink specials and food available, limited seating due to Covid so booking ahead is essential.

The Magician's Cabaret Theatre has a comfortable and intimate cabaret-style basement room for these shows.

Covid-19 safety

By attending this show, you agree to comply with the venue's requirements and NSW Laws to manage Covid-19 protection for you, other patrons and venue staff. These include:

• Not attending if you feel unwell.

• Not booking more than 10 tickets in a group (or any updated limit, as instructed by the government)

• Registering your contact details on entry to the venue.

• Having your temperature taken upon entry.

• Sanitising your hands regularly (hand sanitiser provided).

• Only drinking and eating when seated.

• Not mingling between tables, or changing seats once seated.

• Observing social distancing while on the premises (including outside).
