Join the Aboriginal research team from the Gujaga Foundation at La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council, along with Dr Paul Irish, as they explore the ways that Aboriginal people identified with Country across coastal Sydney and how these connections were maintained in colonial Sydney.

Learn how some Aboriginal people have continued to live across the Woollahra local government area, how they developed strategic relationships with key colonial families, and how they later moved to La Perouse, where some of their descendants reside today.

This is the second talk in the Woollahra Aboriginal Heritage talk series run in association with Woollahra Municipal Council's Aboriginal heritage study, undertaken by Coast History & Heritage in conjunction with La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council.
