Pubs, shopfronts and special places. Art by Frankie Nankivell.

'The Inner West I See' showcases a collection of new paintings by emerging artist Frankie Nankivell. The exhibition explores an ongoing theme in Frankie's work, the changing urban environment around us. Bright colours and bold ink outlines shine the spotlight on scenes that are often overlooked in our busy lives.

'During this time of social distancing and restrictions, our connections to other people and to our community are all the more important. The exhibition will be a joyful celebration of the Inner West community.' Nankivell explains.

Enjoy a beverage and some nibbles at the Opening and Meet the Artist event nights or visit the Chrissie Cotter Gallery any time during open hours (12pm - 5pm).

  • Exhibition dates: Wednesday 28 April - Sunday 9 May 2021, 12pm - 5pm

  • Opening night: Thursday 29 April 2021, 6pm - 9pm

  • Meet the artist: Saturday 1 May 2021, 5pm - 9pm

Sponsored by Inner West Council.
