Our neighbours The Doss House have stepped out of their stunning underground bar to create 3 cocktails especially for the MCA Cafe, available for one month only.
Known for their impressive whiskey selection and knowledge, the bartenders have mixed classic cocktails using Australian whiskies, inspired by the all Australian art in the MCA Collection.
The team will also host whisky tastings on our rooftop throughout March.
Presented as part of MCA Late. Drinks are available only on Friday nights in the MCA Cafe. For ages 18+.

Dewars Highball - Dewars White Label Whisky, crème de peche, citrus and soda top
Dewars Old Fashioned - Dewars White Label Whisky, wattle seed syrup and bitters

The Doss House is an intimate, heritage underground bar with a stylish vintage interior, allowing you to easily feel transported back to another time. The Doss House unites fine whiskies, spirits and cocktails with the historical charm of one of the city's oldest suburbs, The Rocks.
Built in the 1840s, this space has been the home to a rich, eclectic collection of tenants including a boot maker, boarding house, doctor's surgery & opium dealer.
