The Battle of the Boats - February 2020

The Battle of the Boats is a surf boat carnival designed for surf boat rowers' needs, and over the years has become well respected within the boat rowing community. They have a reputation for staging a well run carnival with a family friendly, if competitive, atmosphere. It is held just prior to the State Championships and is seen as an important event for rowers to hone their performance before tackling the State and Australian Championships.

Surf Boat competition is always an thrilling event, especially in rougher surf conditions, so the many spectators who line the beach over the weekend are always assured of exciting action during the heats and finals.

Competitors and those attracted to the surf and sun and exciting action enjoy everything that Pacific Palms and the Great Lakes region has to offer and so many come back time and again. See you on the beach!
