The content and design of each TEDxSydney event is unique and developed independently. TEDxSydney is a day of short, curated talks, and performances that are idea-focused, and cover a wide range of subjects to foster learning, inspiration and wonder - and provoke conversations that matter.

The theme for 2020 is REAL. How do we know what is real and truthful amid the noise we live in every day? How can we separate reality from fiction? And what is genuine versus imagined? In a world beset by challenges that span cultural, social, political, economic, environmental and existential concerns, seeking the truth has never been more critical to our survival.
