On Friday October 8, Tassal Tasmanian Salmon will host a live virtual cooking masterclass in partnership with world-class chef and owner of The Beach House, Ruben Koopman, in celebration of World Salmon Day.
Together, salmon-lovers across the nation are invited to grab their pots and pans and join the virtual masterclass in celebration of all things salmon - including where it's from, its quality, taste and versatility.
Since arriving in Tasmania, Ruben Koopman has proudly been creating unique experiences from Tasmanian local products. From heading Michelin star restaurants in Europe to changing the culinary landscape in Tassie, Ruben has pioneered some of the state's top restaurants, including the renowned Frogmore Creek.
All attendees will receive the chance to WIN a Tassal Tasmanian Pack valued at $100. Entries can be submitted during the masterclass by commenting the name of your favourite salmon meal on the Instagram Live.
