Pastries don't get any better than Anna Polyviou's beautiful, buttery creations. This celebrity chef has been a guest judge on Master Chef, won pastry chef of the year, and worked in some of the world's most prestigious kitchens.
Her signature pink mohawk and edgy style have made her a favourite on Aussie food TV and her cookbooks just keep selling out. And now she's teamed up with The Rocks for the ultimate Sweet Summer Street Party. Sounds delicious right?
Playfair and George St will be closed off and the streets filled with neon lights, bright colours and delicious eats. The lady herself will have her own stall stocking raw The Rocky Road cookie dough made specially for The Rocks, as well as branded aprons and cookbooks.
In addition to Anna, The Sweet Summer Street Party will have no shortage of delicious food to enjoy including:
new Rocks pop up, Butter, serving exclusive Hennessy and Belvedere cocktails in collaboration with Rambling Rascals
Colin Fassnidge, serving suckling pork, slaw and hot sauce rolls
Salt Meats Cheese, offering hand stretched pizza and antipasto boards
Giuls offering hand made vegan pasta
Cocktail Cartel with their cocktail garnishes and infusion kits
Loaded Gourmet Hotdogs
The Citrus Factory
La Gitana, and more!
Did we also mention Anna will be running a cookie-making workshop every Friday in January, featuring The Rocky Road cookie dough flavour. Every participant will:
learn from Anna how to make the perfect cookie
take home a Rocks-branded wooden spoon
Anna Polyviou The Rocky Road cookie dough (as well as getting to eat several cookies of course!)
