Strata Matters organised by the Owners Corporation Network brings together some of the key people leading the construction and property sector reforms: Minister for Better Regulation and Innovation, Hon. Kevin Anderson MP; NSW Building Commissioner, David Chandler OAM; NSW Fair Trading, Director, Consumer, Building & Property, Matt Whitton; and NSW Fair Trading, Director, Issues Resolution & Advisory Services, Kathy Townsend.

The MC will be noted apartment living expert and media personality, Flat Chat's Jimmy Thompson.

Topics include the critical issues around building defects and cladding, and updates and changes to NSW strata living regulations. There will also be a Q&A session to give audience members a chance to raise their most pressing concerns. The event is being held at the exclusive Kirribilli Club in Milsons Point, and refreshments and a light lunch are included in the ticket price.
