SSIXX presents Everleigh-After in a unique culinary collaboration operating at the nexus of gastronomy and science.

Everleigh-After is a sensory exploration embodying an unshakable desire to travel beyond the realms of imagination. Intuitive in design and artfully articulated, The Everleigh Group, in collaboration with leading Australian chef Peter Gunn (IDES), has cultivated a blend of art and flavour interpreted through digital environments. Inspired by The Everleigh's seductive atmosphere, the experience is designed to indulge the five sensory pillars and will take place in a hidden space inside Federation Square.
