'Taco King' Toby Wilson is coming to the Eastern Suburbs for a one-month long pop-up at North Bondi restaurant, Rocker owned by Chef Darren Robertson.
Creating a bespoke menu of tacos, tostadas and churros, Toby Wilson will star as guest chef every Tuesday at the venue until the 15th December serving dishes such as kingfish ceviche, avocado, citrus, soy & sesame tostadas ($7), chicken tinga - chipotle and tomato braised chicken tacos ($6) finished off with churros with lemon zest, chamomile sugar and dulce de leche ($9).
Launching on the 24th November, these Taco Tuesdays in Bondi will be hard to beat. Toby Wilson the founder of Ricos Tacos - meaning 'delicious tacos' in Spanish, has made quite a name for himself in Sydney and for the first time is partnering with Rocker to bring his take on Mexican street food to the East.
