Batyr are back at The University of Sydney in 2021 and want to have a fun and positive chat about how to look after your mental health while studying at University.

batyr is a for-purpose preventative mental health organisation, created and driven by young people, for young people.

At this workshop, learn 5 tips to look after yourself and your friends and how reaching out for help if you need it can help make your university experience the best it can be.

The workshop will be held online via Zoom. Tickets are free but registration is essential. Please note that spots are limited so only register if you are able to make the event.

This workshop is an associated program of the Lord Mayor's Welcome for International Students 2021.
