Online Yoga resumes at KGV weekly. Kick start your week with a lunch time Yoga session!
Yoga is designed to be physically and mentally challenging for the body and mind.
Classes will emphasize strengthening exercises and poses, muscle toning and flexibility work.
No prior experience is necessary, just join in with a can-do attitude!
Registration is required in advance, bookings are open 24 hours prior to the class.
