4 course menu choice of 3 entrée, 4 mains, 3 dessert coming with sides and Petit Fours + happy Mother's Day chocolate Plaque.

Entrée

• Pressed chicken + king mushroom terrine, witlof + pickled fennel salad

• Yamba Prawns and truffle cocktail.

• Confit tomato Tatin, aged goats' cheese, balsamic

Main course  

• Grilled 500g grass-fed ribeye on the bone, house mustard, charred lemon  ($15 supp)

• Steamed fillet of snapper, Asian vegetables, ginger broth, confetti coriander.

• Sticky braised neck of lamb, kohlrabi, mint and pickled chili salsa verde.

• Roasted eggplant cannelloni, caramelized walnuts, eschalot dressing, autumn leaves

• Sides for the table

• Red salanova and baby gem salad, chardonnay vinegar dressing.

• Roasted potatoes with confit garlic and herbs.

• Fried brussels sprouts with zhoug.

Dessert
