Mood Active is a community provider of low-cost exercise classes, designed to improve your mental health.
You can choose from a number of virtual and face to face small group classes that are available weekly. Instructors are very supportive and some have lived experience of mental health challenges.
Classes range from 40 to 60 minutes depending the class type and include cardio tennis, yoga, body circuit, barre and boxercise for all fitness levels.
