Join the Association of Engaged Buddhists for a virtual talk by Thay Thích Trúc Thông Pháp.

Does the Bodhisattva have to be heroic or can she/he be ordinary, responding to the suffering of sentient beings moment by moment?

'I grew up a Christian with a love for Jesus. I say that even now I am a Buddhist monk who loves Jesus. I came to the Buddha Dharma in 1978 when I was 26 years old and joined a Tibetan group. I was drawn to the Bodhisattva ideal because I could easily recognize Jesus as a Bodhisattva.' Thay Thích Trúc Thông Pháp
