Start the year off well by being immersed in our New Year's Mindful experience including guided meditations, talks and workshops, laughter yoga, stretching, gratitude practice, creativity classes and finishing up with one of our famous raves presented by Move4Love!
Forget New Year's Day hangovers - this multi-sensory experience will have your mind and body energised and ready to take on 2021!
Organised by International bestselling mindfulness author Shamash Alidina in partnership with Move4love, this event is on Zoom and will be live streamed; so you be who you are, wear whatever you like and ring in the new year with positive intentions and some uplifting beats.
This event is suitable for all ages - your kids, parents, and even grandparents can join in!

Wellness talks and workshops.
Laughter yoga.
Creativity classes.
A Mindful Rave incorporating stretching, breathwork, gratitude practice and a mindful rave presented by Move4Love to finish off the event! (11am AEDT).
The event is free or by donation. Your donation goes towards helping us run these events which helps improve the physical, emotional and mental health of attendees (particularly those in lockdown).
