Join Durkhanai Ayubi for a conversation about her family’s journey from Afghanistan to celebrated Adelaide eatery Parwana. At the heart of the story is Farida Ayubi, a woman who has kept the customs and traditions of Afghan cuisine alive for her family and community.

Durkhanai Ayubi is an Adelaide based writer and restaurateur. Her first book Parwana: recipes and stories from an Afghan Kitchen was published in 2020. She is a Fellow of the Atlantic Fellowship program based in Oxford, UK.
