Lunar New Year afternoon tea at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney 2022

Soak up the festivities with an elevated Afternoon Tea experience featuring The Fullerton Hotel Sydney's Lunar New Year-inspired sweet and savoury delights, including Chicken and Lemongrass Salad in a Sesame Bun, Singapore Chilli Crab Rillettes with Sourdough Crostini, Bird's Nest with Rose Jelly and Raspberry Gel, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Yuzu Jelly and Velvet Spray, accompanied by steamed Har Gao dumplings.

Extend the festivities with a complimentary 90-minute Heritage Tour, available at the Hotel every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
