What is IARC?
As a community legal centre, IARC's mission is to help those with the greatest need. IARC's clients are financially disadvantaged, come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and often speak little or no English. Many experience multiple layers of disadvantage including homelessness, low education levels and disability. They have often experienced torture and trauma. Nearly half the clients assisted by IARC have experienced or are at risk of domestic and family violence. Learn more at Immigration and Advice and Rights Centre.
