All the way from Bangkok, venerable Pandit Bikkhu will be giving a talk about the nature of equanimity & how is it different from passivity. His unique & humourous way of dhamma teaching is very delightful & insightful.

He often uses fairy tales to illustrate the essence of Dhamma. He may even share the 'Sausage on the nose' story!

About Venerable Pandit

Venerable Pandit Bhikkhu was ordained in the Thai Theravada Buddhist tradition in 1997 in a parkland monastery, Rajaburi Province. In 2001 he moved to Wat Paknam, Bangkok, where he completed degrees in the monastic university in Buddhist Psychology (BA) and Buddhist Studies (MA).

He organised and ran the Little Bangkok Sangha group in Bangkok, which was the only English speaking group in the capital.

His interests include psychology and the dhamma of fairy tales.

You can find out more about him on his YouTube channel.

Join us on Zoom on Thursday 26 Aug at 7.30pm to join the talk:
