In her first solo work, dance artist Tra Mi Dinh will perform HOLDING at March Dance Festival 2021.

HOLDING examines how people deal with waiting... When subjected to an unrelenting, repetitive structure people often hold on to unnecessary tension. It's this tension that sends us into disarray - where do we hold it? Where should we place it? How do we expel it? Stuck in a pattern, edging forward only to flip back to the start, this work aims to uncover a deeper understanding about our internal patterning in relation to suspended activity.
