              • Chargrilled tiger prawns, toum, pita, zucchini, saffron tomatoes

              • Moroccan spiced porchetta (for a min of 10pax they have the option to carve themselves or Hadiqa staff will carve for them at the table, any pax less the kitchen will carve and serve)

              • Smashed duck fat potatoes

              • Cous-cous stuffed peppers, preserved lemon

              • Cauliflower, chilli xo salsa, tahini, almond

              • Thyme butter reduction, apple

              • Selection of Baklava
