This is a great ride for kids, taking in the sights of Sydney Park (the cycling centre, brick kiln, human sundial, wetlands, stepping stones, and Sydney City farm), while sticking to cycleways and quiet streets for the entire ride. At under 10 km this is one of our easier rides.
The ride starts at Carriageworks, Wilson St (near Codrington St). Arrive at 9.45 for a 10am start.
You'll need:
Your own bike and helmet
Water bottle and snacks
Sunscreen
Children under 16 must accompanied by an adult.
