Every Wednesday night they offer their risotto cheese wheel demonstration made with three amazing flavours of your choice including smoked cheese, truffle pecorino or gorgonzola. Watch this deliciously cheesy dish be prepared before your eyes and then enjoy it paired with a glass of Italian wine chosen by their experienced wine experts.
