Experience your warrior spirit to emotional health 2021

The time for change is now, and it begins with each of us. So many of us are doing what we can with everything happening in our world right now. Many of us are emotionally exhausted. Our minds are spinning and maybe we don't even know where to start.

This inspiring four-week workshop of personal transformation, using the science and technology of Kundalini yoga and meditation to reconnect, release old habits, limiting beliefs, and move into who we really are. Over the four-week journey home we will:

• Practice Kriya (asana and movements), applying the technology of Kundalini Yoga to our bodies and minds, and experiencing the effect it has of uplifting our spirit, healing our hearts and connecting us deeply to our true selves

• Meditate using mantra (sound) and mudra (hand position and movement)

• Embrace our warrior spirit by grounding our energies and centre our awareness each week as we journey home to emotional health.

• Journey home to our hearts to find the confidence, acceptance, commitment, and compassion that is always present. Join us if you want to experience your warrior spirit.
