Join us at Lotus The Galeries for a 2 hour hands-on exclusive session on how to make dumplings. You will have the opportunity to learn the secrets and skills of making 3 different types of delicious dumplings. Wet your whistle with a complimentary drink on arrival, indulge in your own creations along the way and take the leftover fruits of your labour home to impress your family and friends.

You will learn to make:

• Mushrooms Spring Rolls

• Chicken Sui Mai

• Pork Wonton

Price:

• $110 pp + booking fee (includes dumpling making experience, complimentary Asian inspired cocktail, Lotus apron, printed recipe cards and a take-home dumpling making kit)*

• Enhance your creativity by upgrading to a bottomless rose package to accompany the class for $30pp.

We are Covid safe!

• Lotus Dining has implemented the most stringent hygiene guidelines in place for our staff to protect both you and them from Covid-19. We are also following all NSW Covid regulations such as safe check-in, social distancing, face masks for all staff and maximum capacities.

• We have stressed to our staff to stay away from work if they feel unwell in any way at all, to self isolate and have themselves tested if they have come into, or believe they may have, come into contact with someone who has Covid-19.
