The Doig Collective returns to Foundry 616 after a well-received performance in July.
This performance will see the band once again tackling the music of some of Sydney's elder jazz statesmen, Dave Panichi and Mike Nock, as arranged by pianist Glenn Doig.
Music included will be from Panichi's albums “Blues for McCoy” (1996) and “Elvin's Dream” (2003), and a selection of songs from Nock's smaller ensemble albums including “Dark And Curious” (1990), “Not We But One” (1997), “Ozboppin'” (1998), and “Hear And Know” (2012).

Fantastic food and drink served from 6:30 pm. Drop-in before the gig!
