With free entry into the gym for non-members, additional group fitness classes scheduled, and special giveaways on the day, you do not want to miss the chance to trial everything Cook + Phillip Park's fitness centre has to offer!

Offers available on the day include:

• Free access to the gym for non-members (360 Members, make sure you bring a friend for free!)

• Additional yoga and pilates classes scheduled 

• Fitness competitions running on the gym floor

• Most push-ups in 1min

• Fastest 200m row

• Prizes and giveaways up for grabs all day!

Group fitness schedule

• Yoga 8:00am in the group fitness studio with Joanne

• HIIT 8:30am on the gym floor

• Pilates 9:00am in the group fitness studio with Ocho

• Yoga 10:00am in the group fitness studio with Jeanie

• Pilates 11:00am in the group fitness studio with Novy

Attending the trial day

On arrival, please check-in and register at the reception desk.

If attending a class, please arrive 15mins early

 Terms and conditions

• All customers attending Cook + Phillip Park Aquatic and Fitness Centre are required to check-in using the Service NSW app.

• If attending a class, particularly non-members, please arrive 15mins early to ensure check-in can be completed prior to your class.

• Free entry is available for access to gym only. Entry into aquatic facilities will incur the regular casual entry fee.

• Access to select group fitness classes will be free for non-members, permitting availability spot in the class. This offer does not include aqua aerobics.

• Non members can secure a spot in a fitness class over the phone or in-centre.
