Cocktail and Dumpling Masterclass at The Gardens by Lotus

Join us at The Gardens by Lotus for a 2 hour hands-on session on how to make cocktails and dumplings. You will have the opportunity to learn the secrets and skills of making 3 different types of delicious dumplings and 3 different types of cocktails. Wet your whistle and indulge in your own creations along the way and take the leftover fruits of your labour home to impress your family or friends.

Lotus Dining has implemented the most stringent hygiene guidelines in place for our staff to protect both you and them from Covid-19. We are also following all NSW Covid regulations such as safe check-in, social distancing, face masks for all staff and maximum capacities.

We have stressed to our staff to stay away from work if they feel unwell in any way at all, to self isolate and have themselves tested if they have come into, or believe they may have, come into contact with someone who has Covid-19.
