The Rook Rooftop bar is bringing the annual Japanese cherry blossom season to Sydney by transforming their bar into a cherry blossom garden. You will be greeted at the entry with blooming cherry blossoms before being led to a Japanese inspired menu. The menu is also updated to suit the Japanese them, and includes gyozas, soft shell crab burgers and Japanese slaw. There will also be a Japanese twist on regular drinks, such as Sakura Spritz and Matcha Fizz.
The Rook will also offer daily specials, such as limitless dumplings for $20, or Cherry
Blossom Bottomless Brunch every Saturday.
