On Saturday, the 28th March, the Liverpool City Council is hosting a dinner in honour of Earth Hour. Earth Hour is a movement that started in 2007 in Sydney, focusing on the global issue of climate change and empowering an environmentally sustainable future. The candlelit dinner for Earth Hour will be a gourmet three course dinner, with dishes made from low carbon emission ingredients such as pumpkin, cauliflower and fig.
