Pregnant people around the world are forced to deal with the added anxiety and stress that a pandemic brings, on top of the normal anxiety that comes along with pregnancy.

What to Expect
A relaxing guided meditation, creative prompt and art making, followed by group sharing.

She is a mental health advocate passionate about supporting people to find connection and belonging.
