Liverpool Art Society and Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre are proud to present the 23rd Annual Liverpool Art Society Exhibition. The annual Liverpool Art Society exhibition, presented at Casula Powerhouse since 1998, promotes and celebrates the creative talent of our local region. The awards are open to artwork submissions that include painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, photography and mixed media from Liverpool Art Society members of all ages.
The Casula Powerhouse Scholarship Prize of $1500 aims to support the development of an artist's professional practise by providing the opportunity for further research and a solo exhibition in the Casula Powerhouse's Marsden Gallery in 2021.
Other major prizes to be awarded include: the acquisitive Liverpool City Council Overall Winner Prize of $5000, the ANZ Technical Excellence and ANZ Award for Innovation prizes at $750 each, the $500 ANZ Judy Pack Memorial History Prize and a new $500 prize supported by the Office of Anne Stanley, Federal Member for Werriwa.
