The secret is out! We've been cooking up something delicious with Anna Polyviou.

Hundreds of elves, donning the iconic pink mohawk, worked around the clock to build Anna Polyviou's Great Australian Gingerbread House at Westfield Sydney.

We've put a beachy spin on everyone's favourite sweet treat, to match the Australian summer heat.

With one tonne of gingerbread, 350kg of royal icing and 450kg of lollies, our Great Australian Gingerbread house is the biggest (and tastiest) in the southern hemisphere.

About Anna Polyviou
