About the presenter
Established in 1996 by Kofi (Paul) Osei, Akwaaba has been entertaining a wide variety of audiences for over 20 years with energetic, powerful and interactive performance, drum circles and workshops. Akwaaba ('uh-kwaa-buh') means 'welcome' in the Akan language of Ghana.
