Directed by Warren Trevelyan-Jones, and accompanied by Rachel Scott (cello) and Alistair Nelson (organ), this concert of sublime choral music centres around Domenico Scarlatti's Stabat Mater, his deeply moving masterpiece scored for 10-part choir and continuo.
Other works include Bach's Komm, Jesu, Komm, Gjeilo's The Rose, Tavener's Magnificat, and Arvo Pärt's The Deer's Cry. The concert concludes with Górecki's beautiful setting of Totus tuus.
